Production and shipping timeframes are increasing by the day as we approach the holidays, especially in the current economic climate. Please be aware that there may be more disruptions than usual this holiday season when it comes to production and shipping.
We are encouraging our customers to order as early as possible to ensure they receive their packages in a timely manner for the holiday season.
Unfortunately this year, all of our dates are estimates and we do not guarantee deliver-by any dates.

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE PRICING?
Shipping cost is vary, depends on your exact location and shipping option.
WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, Malaysia Singapore and China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centres in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
All our clothing/apparel are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means once you order a product the printing process starts.
After placing your order you will immediately receive a payment confirmation email. After this there is a processing time (5-10 business days). When the product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It will usually take 5-25 business days from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 business days after you receiving that email.
